About Jen Walker
I have always been fascinated by health. What creates illness and injury, and what leads us to health and vitality.
There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping others to thrive in themselves, achieve their personal goals, and help them be the best they can be.
I started in the late 80's looking at working with the mind, then nutrition, but then I did therapies with my hands and realised I had a natural ability to read the body through touch. As a result I chose to focus on developing my understanding and skills in physical therapies, and have been really fortunate to develop my skills training extensively and directly with people at the top of their fields.
Having very successfully bred and trained my own sporting Whippet champions I have extensive understanding and experience of working with the animal athlete. Developing and maintaining their well being, performance ability, and rehabilitation from injury back to performance health.
In 2017 I wrote the guidelines for preparing and maintaining canine health in the sporting field for the British Sporting Field Association.
